About LeasePilot UAE
LeasePilot UAE is a free set of tenancy contract tools and guides for the United Arab Emirates. We help tenants and landlords create contracts, check their Ejari or Tawtheeq documents, calculate fees, understand rent and deposit rules, and get ready to register across all seven emirates. Every tool runs in your browser with no sign-up, and everything is built on the official UAE tenancy formats.
- Built on official formats
- All seven emirates
- Free, no sign-up
- Official-source guidance
What we do
We turn the UAE tenancy process into clear, practical tools. Instead of guessing what a registration needs, you can build a bilingual contract on the DLD unified format, run a readiness check for Ejari, Tawtheeq or municipality attestation, and see the fees and rules that apply in your emirate. Where a step is set by law, such as the RERA rent-increase caps or the notice periods, the tools apply the official rules to your figures.
How we build our tools
Each tool follows the official UAE tenancy formats and the published rules for each emirate. We ground our guidance in official sources, including the Dubai Land Department, the Abu Dhabi Department of Municipalities and Transport, and the municipalities of Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Ajman, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. We do not publish invented figures; where a fee or rule can change, we point you to the official channel to confirm.
Our standards
Our content is written to be accurate, clear and answer-first. It is for information and preparation, not legal advice, and the final registration is always completed through the official channel. If you spot something that needs updating, we want to hear about it.
Coverage
LeasePilot covers Dubai in depth, from Ejari registration, cost, renewal and cancellation to rent increases, deposits and disputes, and provides a pillar guide and tools for Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Ajman, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. Browse everything on the tools directory.
