Tenancy Contract vs Ejari: What Is the Difference?
A tenancy contract is the signed rental agreement between a landlord and a tenant. Ejari is the Dubai Land Department system that registers that contract. They are not the same thing. You sign the tenancy contract first, then you register it through Ejari so the tenancy is officially recorded.
