Renting by Community in Dubai
Rent works the same across Dubai, but each community has its own character, cost and cooling setup. These guides cover renting in Dubai’s most popular areas: the tenancy and Ejari steps, whether the buildings use district cooling, and how to check the average rent for that community with the Smart Rental Index. What is the same everywhere in Dubai
Wherever you rent, the tenancy must be registered through Ejari with the Dubai Land Department, the contract goes on the DLD unified format, and any rent increase follows Decree 43 and the Smart Rental Index with 90 days notice. What changes by community is the property type, the cooling provider and the price, which is what these area guides focus on.
