Official Tenancy Registration Channels in the UAE
Every emirate registers tenancy contracts through its own official channel: Ejari and the Dubai REST app in Dubai, Tawtheeq on the TAMM platform in Abu Dhabi, and municipality attestation or registration in Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Ajman, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. Dubai
Dubai registers tenancies through Ejari, run by the Dubai Land Department, on the Dubai REST app or the DLD portal. Prepare with the Dubai contract generator and Ejari document checker. Official channel: Dubai Land Department.
Abu Dhabi
Abu Dhabi registers tenancies through Tawtheeq, run by the Department of Municipalities and Transport on the TAMM platform. Prepare with the Tawtheeq document checker. Official channel: TAMM Abu Dhabi.
Sharjah
Sharjah attests tenancy contracts through Sharjah Municipality, which also activates SEWA. Prepare with the Sharjah attestation checker. Official channel: Sharjah Municipality.
Ras Al Khaimah
Ras Al Khaimah registers tenancies through the RAK Municipality e-portal. Estimate the fee with the RAK fee calculator. Official channel: RAK Municipality.
Ajman, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain
Ajman registers through Tasdeeq at Ajman Municipality, Fujairah through the Ejaar system at Fujairah Municipality, and Umm Al Quwain through Umm Al Quwain Government. Prepare with the UAE contract generator.
