How increases work in Ajman
The contract is the first reference. Read the renewal clause, because many Ajman contracts state how the rent may change. Where the contract is silent, an increase is a matter of agreement measured against similar units in the area, not an automatic right.

Serve written notice of any change to the rent or terms before the contract expires, so both sides have time to agree or to plan. If neither side raises a change in time, the tenancy usually continues on the same terms.
